While everyone is choosing to jump in to the Christmas season I am still holding off (begrudgingly) because we host Thanksgiving dinner and we’re leaving fall up for another few weeks for that.
If you host Thanksgiving dinner and need some place setting ideas for dinner I’ve got the hook up. Everything that I have featured below either came from Walmart, came from a thrift store, or I already had on hand.
Each of these placement settings are easy to re-create with your own style and what you have on hand. I have mix and matched silverware and dishes and they still end up looking amazing so don’t fear if you don’t have a matching set of dishes!
You can find great mix match sets from Goodwill or thrift stores for under a dollar a piece. Goodwill is also a great place to find napkins the ones in this picture above are brand new half off and only cost me two dollars for a set of six!
Adding a little decor piece on top of your napkin like a pumpkin, pinecone or even a simple fall leaf is a great way to add a touch of personality to your place setting.
Chargers are a great way to add dimension to your place setting I used a round cutting board for many of my place settings. You can find cheap chargers at Dollar tree, HomeGoods or even make your own out of some scrap wood!!
Take a look at this quick video I put together explaining what I did for each place setting and sources!
